LeaseHub360 is purpose-built for commercial lease management — office spaces, retail units, warehouses, and tech parks. While the core platform works for any lease type, features like TDS Section 194-I, GST invoicing, and PDC management are specifically designed for the Indian commercial real estate context.
How does the maker-checker workflow work?
Any change to a lease (creation, amendment, renewal, or invoice) is first submitted by a Maker and then reviewed and approved by a Checker. This two-level approval ensures accuracy and satisfies audit requirements. Admins can configure which actions require checker approval per module.
Can I import my existing lease data?
Yes. LeaseHub360 supports CSV import for properties, landlords, occupiers, and lease records. Our onboarding team can also assist with data migration from spreadsheets or legacy ERP systems. Enterprise plans include a dedicated migration session.
Is TDS certificate generation automated?
With the TDS Suite module, LeaseHub360 tracks deductions per lease and financial quarter under Section 194-I. TDS certificates (Form 16C) can be generated directly from the system, along with challan numbers and quarter-wise summaries for filing.
How is GST handled in invoices?
All invoices are GST-compliant by default. You configure your GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, and applicable rates per lease or property. The system auto-calculates CGST/SGST/IGST based on the supply type, generates sequential invoice numbers, and produces credit/debit notes when needed.
Can multiple companies share one account?
Yes. LeaseHub360 supports multi-company management from a single login. Each company has isolated data, its own settings and users, and can have different modules enabled. This is ideal for real estate groups managing multiple legal entities.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
After your trial, you choose a plan and continue with all your data intact. If you don’t subscribe, your account is paused for 30 days (read-only access) before data is archived. You can export all your data at any time — no lock-in.
Do you offer data export?
Absolutely. You can export leases, invoices, ledgers, TDS records, and PDC data as CSV or Excel at any time. All plans include full data export. Enterprise plans additionally include API access for direct data integration with your ERP or BI tools.
