Last updated: 14 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LeaseHub360 (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit www.leasehub360.com or use the LeaseHub360 application at app.leasehub360.com (together, the “Services”). We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable Indian law.

1. Data we collect

When you request a demo, a trial or contact us: your name, work email, company name, phone number (optional) and any message you send.

When your organisation uses LeaseHub360:

Automatically: technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs.

2. How we use it

We do not sell personal data.

3. Our role for customer data

For business data that your organisation enters into LeaseHub360 (for example, occupier and landlord details), your organisation is the Data Fiduciary and LeaseHub360 acts as its Data Processor. We process that data only to provide the Services and on your organisation’s instructions. Requests about that data should be sent to your organisation first.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a form) or for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, such as performing a contract with your organisation or complying with law. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Services, under confidentiality obligations:

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use reasonable security safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access with maker–checker approvals, and per-company data isolation. No system is completely secure; we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India of a personal data breach as required by law.

7. Retention

We keep demo and contact requests only as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep customer account data for the duration of the subscription and delete or return it within a reasonable period after termination, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, for tax records).

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to a summary of your personal data, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure of data no longer needed, and grievance redressal. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity. Write to us at the address below; we will respond within the period required by law.

9. Cookies

The website uses only the cookies needed for it to function. The application uses browser storage to keep you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Services may not work.

10. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

11. Contact and grievances

For any privacy request or grievance, email leasehub360@gmail.com.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify customers by email.
