Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the LeaseHub360 website and application (the “Services”) provided by LeaseHub360 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services on behalf of an organisation (“Customer”, “you”), you agree to these Terms and confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. The Services

LeaseHub360 is a software-as-a-service platform for managing commercial properties, leases, invoicing, TDS, post-dated cheques and related records. Features available to you depend on your plan and the modules enabled for your account.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the users you invite, the roles you assign, and keeping login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorised use at leasehub360@gmail.com.

3. Free trial

We may offer a free trial of up to 30 days. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Data entered during a trial may be deleted 30 days after the trial ends if you do not subscribe.

4. Fees and payment

• Subscription fees are as shown on our pricing page or in your order form, and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
• Fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend access to accounts with fees overdue by more than 15 days after notice.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data, including having the right to upload personal data of landlords, occupiers and other individuals. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services; upload unlawful content or malware; reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by law; resell the Services without our written consent; or use the Services in violation of applicable law.

7. Compliance outputs

LeaseHub360 helps calculate and record GST, TDS and other amounts based on data and settings you provide. These outputs are tools to assist you and are not tax, legal or accounting advice. You remain responsible for verifying calculations, filings and compliance with applicable law.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Services available and to perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible. Unless agreed in a separate written service-level agreement, the Services are provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design and trademarks, are owned by LeaseHub360 or its licensors. Except for the right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms.

11. Warranties and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaseHub360 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Services. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. You may cancel your subscription at the end of any billing period.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application at least 15 days before they take effect.
